All Warranties are manufacturer warranties. If you have a warranty issue, contact All Seasons and we will assist you with your warranty issue.


All Seasons does not sell or share your information with anyone.


Most orders received by 2:00p.m. CST are shipped on the same day. All other orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. If an item is out of stock we will contact you. If you want to split an order and have an out of stock item shipped at a later date, additional shipping may apply to your order. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. All Seasons is not responsible for shipping delays after a shipment is passed to the carrier. Typical shipping delays occur due to weather and heavy volume during holidays. Most items are shipped UPS. Some smaller orders may be shipped U.S. Mail.

Our shipping rates are for the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping applies to all other orders. We will contact you with he corrected shipping rate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will contact you. In most cases out of stock items are received within days. Additional shipping may apply if the order is split into two shipments.

Order errors

If there is an order error on the customer’s part, the customer will be responsible for the cost in correcting the error. Double check your order before finalizing it. If you think you placed an order with an error, contact All Seasons immediately.


Products are placed on the site to the best of our ability. All product pictures, descriptions, and images are subject to typographical errors. All Seasons reserves the right to hold or cancel an order due to typographical errors. Please contact All Seasons with any questions about a product before placing your order.

Force Majeure

All Seasons will not be liable to any customer for any delays or failure to perform due to any causes beyond our reasonable control. These causes may include, but not be limited to, acts or omissions of the customer, acts of God, default by a supplier, interruptions to delivery due to transport difficulties.

Damaged Item

If an item is damaged during shipping, contact All Seasons immediately. Save all packaging. All Seasons will give you further instructions after being notified.


If you wish to return an item, contact All Seasons within 15 days of the purchase date for a return authorization. Some items may be returned after 15 days with approval but a re-stocking fee of 15% will be assessed. You will be responsible for the return freight. All returned items must be in original packaging and in “new” condition for a refund or a return fee will be assessed.


Tennessee State Sales Tax will be collected on any transaction where the customer takes possession of purchased items within the state.


We accept Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as payment. Your credit card will be processed within 24 hours of your order shipping. Payment must occur before your order ships. Be sure to include your exact billing address to ensure your payment can be processed.
